Everlast SPC-50 is a high-density, monolithic composite that bridges the gap between mineral longevity and polymer flexibility. Using a proprietary thermal-fusion process, we encapsulate 25% Multi-Layer Plastic (MLP) within a 75% stone matrix, finished with a fused liquid-porcelain shield. The result is a shatter-proof, non-porous material that outperforms traditional ceramic in both durability and environmental footprint.

The Everlast SPC-50 is a high-performance Stone-Polymer Composite. It represents a technological leap from traditional materials, using a monolithic fusion process to create "Synthetic Stone."

  • The Matrix: 75% Mineral Aggregate (Stone/Morang) + 25% Upcycled Multi-Layer Plastic (Polymer).

By applying a Liquid Porcelain finish over a tacky Epoxy base onto the SPC Core, we create sanitary ware that is indistinguishable from luxury ceramic but significantly more durable.
